What are "Clone" Golf Clubs? Clone golf clubs are built to appear like name brand clubs. More often than not they are poor quality, and very few, if any, perform anywhere close to the real thing. However, there are a handful of manufacturers who make decent Clone golf clubs. Making the Claim that cloned golf clubs are just as good as the name brand golf clubs is unfounded. The difference is in the price of the clubs though. Clone golf clubs usually sell for hundreds of dollars less than the name-brand model. If you are considering by a set of "knockoffs" (their other commonly known name), do your due diligence in researching them first. Ebay is the best source to find quality clone golf clubs at a discount price. You can find a list of cloned golf clubs for sale on Ebay here: Notice the price differences across the board and how much lower they are compared to name-bran clubs from Nike, Taylor-Made, Ping and Callaway.
